Independent pizza can't out-spend the majors. TopinTown needed a brand that would earn word of mouth on Instagram and a mobile ordering experience that got a hungry customer fed in as few taps as possible.
Punchy typography, honest ingredient sourcing stories, and box design that photographs well. On the digital side, a mobile-first ordering funnel with reorder-in-one-tap and pickup/delivery parity.
TopinTown's mobile order share climbed past a majority of transactions within a year, and Google reviews saw a marked uplift as unboxing photos started spreading on social.
