Rebuilt SugarRays' storefront and paid engine around fit, feel and sunlight — dropping cost-per-acquisition while lifting average order value.

01 — Challenge

Lifestyle product PDPs get skimmed. SugarRays needed a storefront that answered fit, look and confidence in seconds, plus a paid engine that could scale without wrecking margin.

02 — Approach

PDP restructure around lifestyle photography, social proof and fit context. Creator program feeding always-on paid social with UGC. Weekly optimization on ad creative and landing pages tied to a live ROAS dashboard.

03 — Outcome

Lower blended CPA, higher AOV, and a content library the brand keeps re-cutting into new ad creative.
