01 — Challenge

The tallow-skincare category is exploding and looking increasingly the same. Kind Tallow needed a brand that felt like a natural-goods classic instead of another minimalist DTC clone.

02 — Approach

Identity anchored in provenance — sourcing, ritual, ingredient transparency. Packaging designed as a natural-goods classic. Storefront built to put sourcing, ingredient and ritual content above the fold, with subscription and bundle mechanics built into the PDP.

03 — Outcome
