Remax Canada engaged Evolve to extend the national brand system into agent-facing marketing kits and regional print campaigns rolled out across the country.

01 — Challenge

Remax's balloon and colour system are among the most recognisable in North American real estate. The work had to strengthen consistency across thousands of agents without flattening local brokerage personalities.

02 — Approach

Modular kit design with locked brand elements and flexible content zones, region-specific photography direction, and printer-ready templates the brokerages could self-serve.

03 — Outcome

The kits were adopted across a majority of participating brokerages and materially reduced ad-hoc creative requests to the national brand team.
