Tandoori King has served the Lower Mainland since the 1980s. Evolve was brought in to modernize the identity without alienating four decades of loyal regulars.

01 — Challenge

The kitchen was still exceptional, but the brand had drifted — mismatched menu design across locations, inconsistent signage, and a website that hid the food. Sales were plateauing against newer competitors with slicker digital presence.

02 — Approach

We led with the food. New in-restaurant photography, a cleaner menu architecture organised by cooking method (tandoor, curry, biryani, tawa), and a website that opens on the food rather than a hero video. The wordmark was gently modernised — same colour equity, tighter proportions.

03 — Outcome

In-store average check climbed after the menu redesign, and online orders through the refreshed site grew steadily in the six months following launch.
