Alfred Horie Construction has built institutional and commercial projects across British Columbia for decades. Evolve led a modern rebrand and recruitment-focused digital rollout.

01 — Challenge

AHC was winning tenders on reputation but losing the recruitment race for young trades and project managers to flashier competitors. The visual brand hadn't caught up to the quality of the actual work.

02 — Approach

A confident new wordmark, honest documentary site photography, and a career-first web platform that opens on people, not project renderings. Foundational video content told through foreman and superintendent voices.

03 — Outcome

Qualified job applications rose materially in the six months after launch, and AHC was shortlisted for larger institutional work on the strength of the refreshed capability deck.
