Paradox Hotels operates a portfolio of five-star properties across North America and Asia. Evolve was brought in to evolve the brand from a quiet luxury name into a destination guests actively seek out — without sacrificing the restraint that defines the category.

01 — Challenge

Luxury hospitality is crowded with brands shouting the same vocabulary — bespoke, curated, elevated. Paradox needed to stop competing on adjectives and start owning a feeling. Booking patterns showed strong direct traffic but weak top-of-funnel awareness for the property collection as a whole; guests knew the hotels individually, not the brand behind them. The mandate: build a parent-brand campaign that drives portfolio recognition while protecting each property's local equity.

02 — Approach

We anchored the campaign on a single emotional promise — 'Your Time Is Now' — built around the idea that luxury travel isn't about possessions, it's about reclaimed hours. Photography was reshot in available light with long lenses, leaning on architecture and stillness rather than aspirational lifestyle clichés. Type was set in a wide editorial serif paired with a precise neo-grotesk for digital surfaces. We rebuilt the booking funnel around story-led property pages, with a unified content engine producing weekly editorial across email, social, and on-property print.

03 — Outcome

Within the first 14 months direct bookings via the brand site grew 38%, average length-of-stay rose by 0.6 nights, and unaided brand recall in the Vancouver and Phoenix markets doubled. The campaign creative was extended into in-room print, F&B menus, and concierge collateral — a single voice across every guest touchpoint.
